  • Which lab will process and result my lab order?

    SunDx Labs is an alliance of labs throughout the United States. Your order will be processed by the laboratory that specializes in and is located in the region best suited to meet the specific requirements of your order.

  • What tests can you perform?

    Our alliance of labs can perform any FDA approved IVD test and most properly validated and CAP/COLA reviewed LDTs.

  • Who draws and collects specimens?

    We have a mobile phlebotomy team that will service your lab testing needs either on a scheduled or per order basis.

  • How do I order labs?

    To order labs, please contact your Regional Account Manager to set up your account. Once your account is established, you can place orders through our web portal, your EMR, or by fax - whichever method is most convenient for you.

  • How do I get results?

    Results reports will be delivered through our web portal, your EMR, or by fax—whichever method is most convenient for you. Regardless of which lab processes your order, the report will be provided by SunDx Labs.

  • How does your web portal work?

    SunDx offers a user-friendly, cloud-based Orders/Results portal, free for all users. During account onboarding, your staff will receive a brief introduction to all its features. The portal allows you to easily place accurate and complete lab orders, minimizing delays and follow-up inquiries. You'll have 24/7 reliable access to all patient reports, and the portal can be accessed from computers, tablets, or smartphones.

  • Who draws and collects specimens?

    We have a team of experienced, certified, insured and "hard stick" trained mobile phlebotomists that will service your lab testing needs either on a scheduled or per order basis.

  • Do you offer services in my area?

    Yes, we provide coverage across all states. Please contact us to set up your account and get you services started.

  • How often will you visit?

    The frequency depends on your location and specific needs. Your Account Manager will work with you to create a custom schedule that fits your requirements.

  • Can you perform home draws?

    Absolutely! We offer home draw services and collections that need to be ordered by a physician for home-bound patients.

  • Do you charge for home draws?

    Traditional Medicare beneficiaries will be serviced for free (Medicare pays for it). Private health plans typically do not cover mobile phlebotomy, and depending on the location there may be a nominal charge to cover the costs.

  • Do you offer STAT labs? Is there a fee?

    STAT lab availability depends on your location and urgency. Please contact your Account Manager to discuss options.

  • How will we receive results?

    Results are accessible via our secure, user-friendly and free of charge web portal. We can also send results via secure fax if preferred.

  • How do I schedule my lab draws?

    Once your account is set up, you'll be able to schedule lab draws on our Orders-Results web portal, by fax, or by contacting your Account Manager. The technician will then be dispatched to the specified location.

  • Can I schedule draws on an as-needed basis?

    Yes, you can schedule draws and pick-ups whenever necessary.

  • How will your techs know which patients need draws at the facility?

    Once your account is set up, you will be provided a detailed in-service on how SunDx Labs service work. Our simple workflow will ensure that the right residents or patients are drawn.

  • How will we receive results?

    Results are accessible via our secure, user-friendly and free of charge web portal. We can also send results via secure fax if preferred. Contact your Account Manager for more details.

  • What insurance plans do you accept?

    We accept all Medicare plans and major private PPO health plans. HMO plans need to be discussed to make special service arrangements for residents with limited coverage.

  • Who do I contact with questions about insurance coverage?

    You can reach out to your Account Manager for assistance. Health plans come and go, but we are prepared to deal with this.

  • How do I submit my residents' insurance information?
